Webinar: Scenario Driven Architecture
Scenario analysis, a tool often associated with external user experience analysis, can also be applied to internal organizational product development processes so as not only to inform about information architecture, but also product design. The key coupling of scenarios with early and ongoing feedback in an integrated end-to-end process can also help keep information and product development tasks on track by restricting the organizational focus to what is essential. This seminar will teach you about and show you how you too can integrate Scenario Driven Architecture into your business processes.
Learning Outcomes:
- Identify the various types of scenarios and their purposes.
- Learn strategies for locating and using existing scenarios and methods for creating your own scenarios.
- Understand why and how to use scenarios internally to shape a solution's information architecture while exploring examples that illustrate these concepts in an applied business setting.
