Education Evening: Pretty Much Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Copyrights and Trademarks

What is the proper way to claim and acknowledge copyrights and trademarks? That is a question that many marketing and technical communicators have, especially in smaller organizations that have yet to develop guidelines. Even in larger organizations, the guidelines may not reflect current law or best practices. This presentation will help demystify copyrights and trademarks, and explain how to use them properly in your communications.
