An Introduction to Janice McVey

Janice brings over 20 years of recruitment experience to each and every search she manages for Dean Group clients. After working in Europe, where she gained invaluable recruitment experience with one of the world’s largest recruitment firms, Brooks St. Bureau, Janice subsequently returned to Canada. She has worked with three prestigious recruiting firms in Toronto and Kitchener. For 12 years Janice played an integral role in the development of the Prior Resource Group and Duggan Consulting Group, where she held the position of Vice President of Business Development. Over the past two decades she has managed hundreds of search assignments spanning all key functional areas in a wide range of industries. Janice has been honoured to receive Outstanding Achievement Awards for exceeding expectations from several recruitment organizations.
