Michael Jager
Joined: December 2003

While on a leave of absence from his job as a technical analyst at London-based Network Solutions, Michael is finishing his technical writing post-graduate diploma at Fanshawe College. As an avid learner, Michael has already pursued three years of bio-chemical engineering at the University of Western Ontario (a degree he still plans to finish), one term in electrical engineering technology at Fanshawe College, and he finished a co-op diploma program in computer programming (software engineering). He hopes the STC will offer resources and networking opportunities for this exciting profession, and he plans to use his varied background to work in a communications environment that offers a mixture of challenges that include both writing and graphics. Michael likes to cook in his spare time (especially potatoes!) and enjoys everything science fiction -- books, movies, programs. He is also fascinated with physics and astronomy, just don't ask him to name the constellations!
