Calling all student writers...

Each year, our chapter invites students to enter submissions for the Heidi Thiessen Memorial Award. This award recognizes exemplary technical writing by third or fourth year students in any faculty at the University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier University, and the University of Guelph.

The deadline for submissions is February 3, 2006. Judging will take place after that date, and we will present the awards at our annual Wine and Cheese event in March.

Don't delay—you could be that much closer to the $1000 first prize (including an STC membership).
