The Editor's Message

Welcome to the last issue before we pick up our flip flops and head out for summer fun.

What a year it has been, and thank YOU for coming back every month and reading my rambles, and the fine articles my awesome committee of volunteers sweat over each month. I appreciate all of your efforts, and look forward to a repeat performance next year (yes, I have signed on as Editor for another year—brace yourselves!).

My Editors

Debbie and Laura, you rock. Thanks for catching all the typos, and making sense of it all. If I had an applause sign, it would be flashing just for you. APPLAUSE! APPLAUSE!

The Contributors

You know who you are: Debbie, Leanne, Cindy, Donald, emily, Kim, Pauline, and Fei Min to name a few. There would be no newsletter without your faithful submissions, so thanks for getting these in mostly on time, and squeezing the extra words into your busy schedules. I am truly a blessed editor to have such a pool of talent to draw (and occasionally beg for help) from.

The Conference

Enough schmaltz — I know y'all want to hear about how my troll dolls did at the STC Conference down in Vegas. Yeah, well, guess I brought the wrong ones because I didn't win big at the slots, but I did learn some cool stuff and drink some really big beverages. So, hey, a good time was had by all.

Vegas is the land of HUGE—check it out:

See you in September!
